We currently offer delivery across the UAE, including all major cities and remote areas. International delivery may be available on a case-by-case basis. For international orders, please contact our customer support for more details.
2. Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Order Shipping: Once your order is processed, it will be shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability and the delivery address.
- Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times will depend on your location:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days for most locations within the UAE.
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days, available at an additional charge.
- Delivery times may vary based on your specific location, order size, and product availability.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free delivery on orders above AED 100. Orders under AED 100 will incur a shipping fee of AED 15.
- Express Shipping: Available for an additional AED 25 on orders.
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order status through our courier partner’s website.
6. Missing or Delayed Deliveries
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@westore.ae with your order number, and we will investigate the issue promptly.
7. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@westore.ae within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return or exchange of the item at no additional cost to you.
8. Delivery Restrictions
We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or remote locations that are not served by our courier partners. If you have a specific delivery location in mind, please contact customer service before placing your order.
