  1. RETURNS POLICY

    Customers are eligible to return delivered items and receive a full refund. Customer Service must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Goods must be returned to the Westore within 2 days from the date of receipt. A copy of the purchase confirmation and a valid customer ID must be presented.

    All returned items must be in their original condition (new, unused, and free from damage).

    If you receive an incorrect or defective item due to an error on Westore’s part, you may request a replacement or a refund within 24 hours of delivery.
